If you cannot remember your User ID, click the "Forgot User ID" link on the logon page. Note: The "Forgot User ID" feature applies ONLY to RCRAInfo Industry ID's. You will be prompted to provide the email address associated with your user id. Once provided, click the "Continue" button. You must also confirm that you are the original registrant and owner of the account associated with the specified email address by clicking the checkbox. Click the "Continue" button to continue the retrieval process. An email will be sent to the email that you provided listing the User ID(s) associated with this email address.
